Las Vegas’ preeminent monthly dinner series, Culinary Road Trip, returns to the road on Thursday, October 24th at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. Continuing his 2019 salute to America’s most charming cities, Chef Scott Commings is falling hard for the spooky season with a unique trip to Salem, Massachusetts and cooking up a classic coastal feast to perfectly compliment one of the country’s oldest settlements and its haunted past.

Infamously known as the location of the witch trials of 1692, Salem was originally named for it’s Hebrew translation of “Peace” or “City of Peace.” Settled in 1626, the town served as one of the most significant seaports in early American history and Commings has his sights set on a menu guaranteed to bring that historic cuisine centerstage just in time Halloween. From truffled pumpkin to lobster pie this enchanting tasting is so authentic it’s sure to have passengers accusing the Hell’s Kitchen Season 12 champion of witchcraft.

Advanced tickets are on Friday, October 4th at 9am PST for just $65 per person and includes live entertainment and a regional beverage paired with each course.
