Coming on the heels of a sold-out, southern stop in the city of Savannah, Las Vegas’ preeminent monthly dinner series, Culinary Road Trip, hits the road again on Thursday, March 28th at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. Continuing his 2019 salute to “Cities on the Rise,” Chef Scott Commings is dropping a pin in Santa Fe, New Mexico and cooking up a classic southwestern feast to perfectly compliment the state’s capital city.
Santa Fe is New Mexico’s fourth-largest city and rich with Spanish history and tradition. While affectionately known as “The City Different,” there is something quite familiar about this regionally-inspired meal. From chicharrones to enchiladas, Chef Scott has prepared an epic, Spanish-infused tasting that is sure to make you feel right at home, in the city of Santa Fe.
