Chef Scott Commings Takes Passengers to the City of Seattle for His Monthly Dinner Series on Wednesday, October 25 at Freedom Beat Inside the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino

LAS VEGAS – (October, 16 2017) – Coming on the heels of last month’s successful fundraising event for the victims of Hurricane Harvey, which included the tastes and tunes of Texas and raised over $7,000 for the Hurricane Harvey relief fund, Chef Scott Commings is screaming “All Aboard” for his seventh installment of this wildly popular monthly dinner series. This month’s event will take passengers to the great northwest and feature the must-try cuisine of Seattle on Wednesday, October 25th at 6:30 p.m. inside Freedom Beat at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino.

With Chef Scott always in control of the wheel for this intimate dinner series (maximum 25 guests) designed to be family-style and interactive, he looks to assemble a collection of dishes that prove there is much more to the Emerald City than just Starbucks and rain. “The key to Seattle is authenticity,” said Commings. “In addition to the fresh catch, there are a lot of foodie favorites that locals insist all tourists MUST try, so we had to bring some of those pure tastes to Freedom Beat for the evening.”

The Beginnings will feature a Seattle classic; Crispy Oyster Deviled Eggs, along with Pork Belly Bao. The second course looks to offer more comfort than a full-size RV with a Bigfoot helping of Ezell’s Fried Chicken served with butter rolls and creamy slaw while the entrée will feature a double-serving of the seaport city’s freshest catch; Wild Caught Salmon and Seattle Coffee Smoked Salmon.
